Consider how we might organize this vast field:

• Following the structure of industry (i.e. how do companies organize themselves, which groups to the same professional conferences, etc.)

  • Along these lines, consider what the nature of working in the field is like

• Following the structure of academic organization (i.e. papers, school curricula, etc)

  • Along these lines, consider what skills and knowledge is needed in these fields
